Leveled Readers
It is important that your child reads books at his reading level. If your child reads every word quickly and correctly then the book is too easy. If there are five or more words on a page that your child doesn't know then the book is too challenging. A perfect book is a book in which your child knows most of the words and is able to read smoothly.
If your child is reading at a kindergarten level, it may be challenging to find books at the appropriate reading level. I have therefore included books on Levels A, B, and C. Please view the links below and feel free to print them so your child can read them at home:
